  • Suppliers and Stock Management across all aspects of the business
  • Regular Menu Design in line with seasonal ingredients and cost of goods targets
  • Cost of Goods Management
  • Management of Beverage Offering
  • Wage Cost Management, including staff rosters
  • Staff Management
  • Staff Training – kitchen, front of house and housekeeping
  • Front office Management
  • Accommodation Management (including yield management and housekeeping)
